Royal LePage Commercial Eastern Inc. (The “Listing Agent”) has been retained by the owner(s) of Dew Drop Gardens (the “Vendor”) for the purpose of marketing for sale a 100% interest in the assets of Dew Drop Gardens, located near Sober Island, Nova Scotia, Canada (The “Property”).

Replacement cost may be as high as $6,000,000.00 but the existing facilities cost perhaps $4,000.000.00 for what it is today from its beginnings in 1974.
